PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously measure the execution time of a plurality of program modules and the frequency of calls thereof without using a logic analyzer. SOLUTION: When a program module to be measured is executed, a time measuring counter 307 starts counting, and the count of a call frequency counter 307 is increased by one. Thereafter, this operation is repeated, and when the execution of the program module to be measured is ended, the time measuring counter 307 stops.
