PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible appropriately respond, when a pressure abnormality occurs in an autoclave, by detecting it as a temperature abnormality and notifying the fact to a user. SOLUTION: This electric autoclave is provided with an output control means controlling the output of an IH (Induction Heating) coil 9 for performing a pressure cooking based on the temperature detected by a temperature sensor 12. This electric autoclave is provided with a notification means notifying the pressure abnormality, when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 12 is lowered during the pressure cooking by the output control means, though the output of the IH coil 9 is not reduced and, when the pressure is released with increase in the pressure of the autoclave 2 caused by inferior attachment of a lid packing (seal packing 22), notifying the fact to the user with a notification means.
