PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the wearing cleaning of shoes and hold a comfortable shoes environment. SOLUTION: When an operation is started by putting a shoe S on the tip of a nozzle 51 and closing a front door 11, a multi-blade fan 53 is actuated to take air in a casing through a ventilation hole 14, and the air is jetted out from an outlet 52 in the tip of the nozzle 51 through a cavity 13 to start the air circulation. Simultaneously, a heater 41 is energized, hot air of 40-55°C is jetted to inside the shoe S with the temperature controlled by a thermostat 42, an ultraviolet ray bactericidal lamp is lit for a set time of 5-30 minutes to sterilize inside the shoe S by the ultraviolet ray and ozone is generated to sterilize it. While the air coming out from inside the shoe S passes through the cavity 13, the shoe is deodorized by a photocatalyst coated on a catalyst honeycomb 30 and the ozone is decomposed by ozone decomposition catalyst.
