PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily joint a concrete to a steel material by a joint member in good accuracy. SOLUTION: Joint metal fittings 14 penetrating a wall part of a block body 5 are buried in the block body 5 of a box-shaped concrete block 2 usable for an artificial fish bank. The joint metal fitting 14 fixes a supporter 6 through a bolt 14b in the inside of the concrete block 2. At the outside, a rectangular frame 13 of an accessory 4 is fixed by welding. As a result, the direct joint of the concrete and the steel material at the inside and the outside of the concrete block is enabled because the joint metal fittings 14 penetrating the wall part are installed.
