<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing construction of a roller bearing, in which an axial load is directly applied on a fixing member such as a bolt. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing construction of the roller bearing 10 is provided with a front lid 20, a rear lid 21, a taper ring 24 and a guide ring 22 installed at an outside diameter surface 24b of the taper ring 24. An outside diameter surface 2a at a shaft end part of a shaft 1 has a taper shape in which the diameter is formed greater toward the front lid 20. An inside diameter surface 24a of the taper ring 24 has a taper shape where the diameter is formed greater toward the front lid 20. A bolt 26 is screwed into a screw hole 25 formed in the taper ring 24 via a through-hole 23 of the front lid 20. The taper ring 24 moves for the front lid side and expands for the outside diameter side to fasten the inside surface of the guide ring 22 and the outside surface 24b of the taper ring 24. One axial direction end of the guide ring 22 is brought in contact with the front lid 20 and the other axial direction end is brought in contact with the inner ring 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
