<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parallel-connected inverter device which secures a balance of an output current of each inverter circuit even when inverter circuits of two systems are connected in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: A differential transformer 21 which electrically couples inverter circuits 11 and 12 is connected between transformers 1 and 2 whose connection methods are different and each of rectifying circuits 14, so that one of a pair of coils which generate magnetic fields in a reverse direction is connected in series. Even if direct current resistances of reverse conversion circuits 15 installed at the inverter circuits 11 and 12 are different and output voltages of the rectifying circuits 14 tend to vary because of differences in connection methods of transformers 1 and 2 of the inverter circuits 11 and 12, alternating currents I1 and I2 flowing in the coils are automatically adjusted so as to become equal.
