<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a picture of a person to be managed at his/her entrance and exit with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: A list L0 is prepared where pieces of individual information on the managed persons identified with an identification code of data preserved in a data file are arranged in a prescribed order with the date of entrance or exit of the data and information instructing whether the date is that of the entrance or exist, and the list is displayed on a display part.
