<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic picture display device capable of improving the display quality of a stereoscopic picture while reducing the manufacture cost of the device. <P>SOLUTION: The stereoscopic picture display device is equipped with a picture display panel 2 constituted by arraying pixels 21 constituted of a red cell 3R, a green cell 3G and a blue cell 3B corresponding to three primary colors, that is, red, green and blue to form a color image in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, and provides the stereoscopic picture displayed on the panel 2 to an observer. The respective pixels 21 constituting the panel 2 are constituted by arranging the respective cells 3R, 3G and 3B in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction in a matrix state so that the cells 3R, 3G and 3B corresponding to different colors may be adjacent in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
