<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum service for a stroller accompanying person. <P>SOLUTION: A hall button 12 for the stroller accompanying person, a hall side speech generator 13, and a stroller service light 16 are provided in a hall side, and a load detector 16 detecting a car use status, and a car speech generator 25 are provided in a car side. An operation control system 30 is provided with an allocation operation control means 32a for instructing allocation and operation of a car optimum for riding of the stroller accompanying person on the basis of a signal of the load detector 16 of each car when a car call registration is received from the hall button for the stroller accompanying person, a hall guidance notifying means 31a for lighting the service light and outputting a stroller accompanying person boarding guidance message from the hall side speech generator on the basis of the operation instruction, and a car guidance notifying means 31b for outputting the stroller accompanying person boarding guidance message from the car speech generator when moving to a stroller accompanying person waiting floor on the basis of the operation instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
