<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger label(1) which is especially made suitable for hanging an intravenous bottle. <P>SOLUTION: The label (1) is provided with a hanger (2b) which can be stretch-formed and a portion (2a) that is mountable to a surface (6). The stretch forming characteristic of the hanger (2b) is locally limited to prevent occurrence of break at a dangerous point of the hanger (2b), especially at a hanging point.
