SEAT BELT DEVICE FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat belt device that allows an occupant to get in/out of a rear seat without interfering with the seat belt by raising the seat belt near a ceiling.

SOLUTION: The seat belt device 14 has a folding arm device 32 storably mounted to a door side in a seat back 24. The folding arm device 32 comprises a first belt raising arm 36 advanceably/retreatably mounted along a frame of the seat back 24; a first belt passing ring 41 provided at an upper part of the first belt raising arm 36; a second belt raising arm 44 having one end downwardly rotatably mounted by a rotation means 43; and a second belt passing ring 46 provided at the other end of the second belt raising arm 44.
