PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize an electronic apparatus which has heat-generating electronic elements and an electronic element whose use-environment temperature is lower than the temperature caused by the heat-generating elements. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus having heat-generating electronic elements and an electronic element whose use-environment temperature is lower than the temperature caused by the heat-generating elements, is furnished with a supporting means which supports an enclosure of the electronic apparatus and a heat-conducting means which is positioned between the supporting means and the heat-generating electronic elements and which conducts the heat generated by the heat-generating electronic elements.
