PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which can be easily trimmed in a simple facility and can obtain an accurate constant current, an LED lamp device, a method for trimming the semiconductor integrated circuit, and a method for trimming the LED lamp device. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 1 comprises current controlled elements M0 to M9 connected in parallel, and fuses 1A to 9A, 1B to 9B, 1C to 9C provided in series with current paths of the current controlled elements. In the circuit, a predetermined value of current can be obtained by trimming any of the fuses. Pads 15 for voltage application are provided at least at terminals of elements M0 to M9 in the fuses 1A to 9A, 1B to 9B, 1C to 9C for current control.
