PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to secure high reliability of an airtight sealing port of a battery, suppress deterioration with the passage of time of electric characteristics due to scattering of an electrolytic solution, and to secure high reliability also in the pressure switch function in a sealed battery having a pressure switch function. SOLUTION: In the sealed battery in which an open end of a bottomed cylindrical electric vessel is airtightly sealed, a flexible flat plate part 14 having flexibility from the circumferential part airtightly contacted with the inner face of the side wall of the bottomed cylindrical electric vessel to the center part is provided, a connecting member 4 constituting an electric circuit joining an electrode and a terminal of the battery is made to be penetrated through a through-hole 2 of a synthetic resin molded body in which the cylindrical through-hole is formed in the center part, and in the sealed battery in which the bottomed cylindrical open end is airtightly sealed by making the side wall face of the connecting member and the wall face of the through-hole of the synthetic resin contact, a thin wall part 15 is installed at the flat plate part of the synthetic resin molded body, and an exhaust port is formed by opening the thin wall part when the internal pressure of the battery increases.
