PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool the seawater for keeping the freshness of fishes put in a fish tank of a vehicle, fishing boat, etc., by a method which is low in cost and requires less labor for maintenance. SOLUTION: Crushed ice put in an iced water storage vessel is used as a cooling means, and the cooling water obtained from the crushed ice is circulated to a heat exchanger in the fish tank, and the sea water in it is cooled indirectly.
