PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-cut processing apparatus which can easily control a revolving angle. SOLUTION: In the pre-cut processing apparatus, first upper and lower members 32 are attached movably along first upper and lower rails 35 fitted to the side of a strut by a second servo-motor 26, first orthogonal moving tables 37 fitted to the first members 32 are attached forward/backward movably in the conveyer direction by a third servo-motor 38, and a rotating cutter part 43 is fitted rotatably to the perpendicular rotary shaft of a rotating member 42 fitted to the other end of the first moving table 37, so that a rotating cutter can be rotated around by 360 degrees by a rotating servo-motor attached to the first moving table 37.
