摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding method and an injection molding device of a light alloy in which highly accurate molding is performed with less flashes and shrinkage cavities. SOLUTION: The light alloy injection molding method comprises a transitional step of transiting a light alloy material to semi-solidified slurry in a barrel, a primary measuring step of closing a communication passage, retracting an extrusion screw upwardly by a predetermined quantity, and storing semi-solidified slurry of the quantity more than the required injection quantity, a secondary measuring step of retracting a plunger while advancing the extrusion screw so that positive pressure is applied to the extruded semi-solidified slurry when extruding the semi-solidified slurry into the cylinder via the communication passage until a measuring part is formed inside the cylinder by opening the communication passage and retracting the plunger to the predetermined position, and an injection step of injecting semi-solidified slurry by advancing the plunger after the communication passage is closed. The semi-solidified slurry is extruded into the cylinder while leaking the semi-solidified slurry from a check ring provided on the extrusion screw in the final stage of the secondary measuring step.
