The method for signing of access on electronic data whereby in a first step (5) a search query is performed to ascertain the identity of an user. In a second step, dependent upon the result of the search query a user-signature identifies the user or stops the user proceeding. In a third step (19) as a function of result of the security interrogation or query a signature for the user not queried is assigned, and in a fourth step (21) an access to electronic data is signable under information of the user's signature and a secondary signature.
