Winder

摘要

The winder has a contacting roller (10) placed against a periphery of a reel (14). The contacting roller is divided in subsidiary and main roller segments (34, 46), where the subsidiary roller segment (34) includes an engaging mechanism (38, 40). The subsidiary roller segment is engaged and disengaged independently of the main roller segment (46). A slice-cutting knife is shifted axially to the reel jointly with the roller.
