PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal structure of piezoelectric parts which is capable of lowering spring pressure without reducing a wire diameter and does not obstruct the vibration of a piezoelectric diaphragm even when a housing is downsized. SOLUTION: This terminal surface has the piezoelectric diaphragm 4, the housing 1 which houses the piezoelectric diaphragm 4, and metallic terminals 7 and 8 which have contact parts 7a and 8a inserted into the housing 1 in contact with electrodes 5 and 6 of the piezoelectric diaphragm 4 at one-side ends and external junctures 7b and 8b led to the outside of the housing 1 at the other ends and have fixing parts 7c and 8c fixed to the housing 1 in their intermediate parts. Spring imparting parts 7d and 8d, which are smaller in the coefficient of the section in the contact direction with the piezoelectric diaphragm 4 than other segments and are substantially the same in the sectional area than the other segments, are formed between the contact parts of the metallic terminals 7 and 8 and the fixing parts. |
