PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effectively and easily a flue gas dynitrification process of being not inferior to other flue gas denitrification processes in respect of the denitrification efficiency and, therefore, carrying out the flue denitrification process of superior economic efficiency by using an active carbon catalyst for treating pores of desired diameter and providing them with repellency to demonstrate high activities. SOLUTION: A dispersion liquid containing fluororesin in the range of 1-25 wt.%, preferably 3-20 wt.% to active carbon is added into active carbon powder of average particle diameter of 12-600 μm, preferably 15-350 μm, and more preferably 20-200 μm, and mixed therein, and exhaust gas containing sulfur oxide is brought into contact with a mixture by using an active carbon catalyst formed into the given shape. Sulfur oxide in exhaust gas is adsorbed to the active carbon catalyst and oxidized thereon and recovered and removed as sulfuric acid by the arrangement. |
