<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system capable of always keeping air flowing into a room clean, capable of cooling indoor with open air cooled by geothermy in summer, capable of draining condensed water out of a house, capable of reducing heat loss due to ventilation by heating open air with geothermy in winter, and for taking the open air as it is in spring and fall, and facilitated in maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: Foundation concrete is insulated from the peripheral ground to utilize a huge heat capacity of the foundation concrete and that of the ground just under the foundation concrete, and a geothermy transmitting plate and a geothermy transmitting unit are provided on the foundation concrete. Air rote is switched by a switching means to cool hot open air to a surface temperature of the foundation concrete with the geothermy transmitting unit and to take the open air into a room to cool inside the room in summer, and to warm the open air to a surface temperature of the foundation concrete with the geothermy transmitting unit and to take the open air into the room to reduce heat loss due to ventilation, and to take the open air as it is in spring and fall. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
