<p>The module has a spatial selector (SE1) with input channels, each receiving distinct optical wavelength multiplexed signal and an output delivering an optical wavelength multiplexed signal selected from the multiplexed signals, and multiple spectrum selectors. Each spectrum selector selects a channel receiving the selected signal. An optical amplifier and optical coupler are coupled between the spatial and spectrum selectors. The optical coupler is connected to the output of spatial collector and outputs of the spectrum selectors. An independent claim is also included for an optical signal switch.</p> |
