Method and apparatus for the generation of ultra-wideband pulses

The method involves transmitting successive group of N bits at a transmission frequency higher than a predetermined frequency (PRF), where the groups have sub group of a bit defining a position and shape of base pulse located inside a window of length 1/PRF. The information is converted into the base pulse that is filtered in an adaptive high-pass filter to transmit the pulse with ultra wideband. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a pulse generating device for transmitting a pulse signal of type having ultra wideband (b) a wireless transmission system terminal.
