<p>A spring-loaded catch is maintained in a position parallel to the pivot axis for the articulated joint (12, 14, 16) between two ladder beams (18, 20, 22, 24). In the jounce position, a non-rotating form-fit is provided between profiles on the joint ends of the ladder beams, and in the rebound position the connection is released in relation to at least one of the profiles. The articulated joint includes at least two locking positions for the ladder beams in relation to each other. An independent claim is also included for an articulated joint for ladders (10), especially for retro-fitting between ladder sections with hollow beams, which include connections which can be inserted into the beams and fixed inside them using e.g. rivets.</p> |
