Inhalation powder comprises a tiotropium salt (I) in admixture with excipients comprising coarse particles and fine particles. Inhalation powder comprises 0.04-0.8% of a tiotropium salt (I) in admixture with excipients comprising 80-99% coarse particles (average particle size 15-80 mum) and 1-20% fine particles (average particle size 1-9 mum). An Independent claim is also included for a capsule (inhalette) containing 3-10 mg of the inhalation powder. |
