PURPOSE: Provided metallocene compounds for olefin polymerization and catalyst-compositions comprising the same. The metallocene compound has excellent catalyst activities and used for the polymerization of polyolefin having a high molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: The metallocene compound is represented by the formula: (Ind)(CpR)MX2, wherein Ind is cycloalkyl substituted indenyl radical, Cp is a radical having a cyclopentadienyl nucleus, R is a substituent substituted with Cp including hydrogen, phosphine, amino, C1-20 alkyl, alkoxy, alkyl amino, dialkyl amino, alkoxy-alkyl, aryl, aryloxy-alkyl, alkenyl, alkylaryl, or arylalkyl radical, M is a transition metal of 4B, 5B or 6B group on the periodic table, and X is at least one selected from the group consisting of halogen, C1-20 alkyl, aryl, alkenyl, alkylaryl, alkoxy and aryloxy radicals.
