PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an LCD and an LED not to be turned off easily from lighting state, even though the interval of depressions of key buttons becomes longer, when a key operation part is operated at nighttime or in a dark place. SOLUTION: A light-up time storage part 22A storing light-up times of the LCD 3 and LED 11 and a light-up time varying part 17A which varies a lighting-up time, when the LCD and the LED are lighted by taking out the light-up time stored in the light-up time storage part according to light and darkness of the circumference of a mobile telephone 11 is provided in the LCD and LED light-up time variable system of the mobile telephone, which performs lighting of the LCD 3 and the LED 11.
