<p>The invention provides a modular facility for purifying water, in particular sewage water from one or more residences in an area with dispersed buildings, the facility comprising a partly or completely buried container (20), the container comprising a number of tank sections (A,B,C) which are mutually connected, and that the container (20) at the top exhibits an opening (24) from which there is access to all tank sections (A,B,C), and where one tank section (C) is a pre-sedimentation, collection and equalising tank divided into two or more chambers, and that another tank section (A) is a process tank for batchwise biological treatment and that the facility has a separate sludge tank (B) only for storing excess sludge. The process performed in the facility corresponds to the purification cycle known from larger purification plants.</p> |
