PURPOSE: A method of making laver rolls by coating pearl powder on a boiled rice layer during the manufacture of laver rolls is provided, thereby allowing the consumer to ingest pearl powder naturally and increasing the commercial value. CONSTITUTION: The laver rolls are prepared by the steps: preparing a square shape of laver layer(100); forming a boiled rice layer(200) by uniformly spreading boiled rice on the upper part of the laver layer; forming a pearl powder layer(300) by coating pearl powder on the upper part of the boiled rice layer; placing filling stuffs(600) containing vegetables, fishes and meats on one end of the pearl powder layer; and rolling the laver layer up with a mat firmly. |
