摘要 PURPOSE: A mass production method of pollution-free adventitious-root induced from wild Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer is provided, thereby optimizing culturing conditions of the contamination-free adventitious-root of wild Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer and minimizing the contamination by medium additives, such as IBA(indole-3-Butyric Acid), and the use of synthetic additives. Therefore, the contamination-free adventitious-root can be cheaply supplied to consumers. CONSTITUTION: The mass production method of clean adventitious-root induced from wild Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer comprises the steps of: cutting the roots of wild Korean Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer (ginseng) in the length of 2mm to 5mm; culturing the cut roots of wild Korean Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer in a solid MS(Murashige and Skoog) modified medium containing 5ppm of IBA(Indole-3-butyric acid) under controlled light at 23 to 29 deg. C and humidity of 30 to 60% to induce shoots of wild Korean Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer; subculturing the shoots in a growth slim type medium-1 containing 2ppm of IBA at an intervals of 4 weeks; inoculating the seed subcultured shoots of wild Korean Panax ginseng C.A. Meyer in the medium of the bioreactor and culturing them for 4 weeks, wherein the growth slim type medium-1 contains 250-2250ppm of potassium nitric acid, 15.1-135.9ppm of calcium chloride, 20-180ppm of magnesium sulfate, 30-270ppm of ammonium sulfate, 0.5-4.5ppm of boric acid, 0.5-1.35ppm of ferrous sulfate, 0.2-1.8ppm of EDTA, 1-9ppm of magnesium sulfate, 0.1-0.9ppm of Potassium iodide, 0.1-0.9ppm of zinc sulfate, 0.02-0.18ppm of copper sulfate, 0.01-0.09ppm of sodium molybdenum, 10-200ppm of myo-inositol, 0.5-4.5ppm of nicotinic acid, 0.5-4.5ppm of thiamine and 0.05-0.45ppm of pyridoxine; and the IBA may be substituted with 0.001 to 10% of a mixed solution of coconut milk or coconut water for stimulating growth of shoots.
