<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable economical reproducing without the need to provide a dedicated device. SOLUTION: An automatized state decision means 110 decides the start and end of automation with a process state quantity (b) and a process state quantity storage means 102 gathers process state quantities (b) from the start to the end of the automation at intervals specified with a command from the automatized state decision means 110. A plant monitor means 103 detects changes of a plant 2 and an automation console 3 and reports them to an automatic operation means 104 which performs operation for the automation. A reproducing interaction device 4 sends information to respective means in a computer 1 to which an operator commands the start and end of automation reproducing, a process data reproducing means 106 reproduces process state quantities from the process state quantity storage means 102, and a process output suppression means 110 suppresses the output of an operation signal (k) from the automatic operation means 104.</p> |
