<p>PURPOSE: To eliminate the need of blowing air into a container at an initial delamination step to simplify production process by a method wherein air is blown in through an air blowing hole provided on an outer layer of the container so that an inner layer is partly delaminated across such specified areas of the container as the area around the air blowing hole, the shoulder area and the upper area of a body and expands inside the mouth of the container. CONSTITUTION: An outer layer 1 of a container is formed of high-density polyethylene resin and an inner layer 2 of nylon. When a specified amount of air is blown in through an air blowing hole 6 provided on a mouth of the container at the initial delamination forming step, delamination of the inner layer 2 proceeds from the area around the air blowing hole 6 to a container shoulder area 4 and the upper area of a body 3, thus the inner layer 2 peels off from the outer layer 1 and expands inside. When a specified amount of liquid is fed into the container having an expanded part 9, the liquid reaches a higher liquid level by a height equivalent to the volume replaced by the expanded part 9a than the liquid level in the container with no expanded part 9, because the head space decreases corresponding to the volume of the expanded part 9. Therefore, the liquid level can be easily raised up to the container mouth.</p> |
