摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning control system in which a local temperature control and an air conditioning control are carried out in response to a distribution of population density at each of the locations at a platform or the like in a sub-way rail station. SOLUTION: An optical fiber type measuring device 5 for use in measuring a temperature distribution and a strain distribution is installed at a platform or the like. There is provided an air conditioning load calculation control circuit 14 in which a population density distribution is calculated at 9 in reference to an output 18 of a strain distribution calculated in response to light from the measuring device, wherein a load increasing amount or a load decreasing amount is calculated at 12 in reference to an output 21 corresponding to the population density distribution and an output 19 of temperature distribution, the output of the temperature distribution is inputted and this is corrected in response to an increased or decreased amount of load. Air conditioning capacity such as a flow rate of cold water or an air amount is controlled by the control circuit for every air conditioner. With such an arrangement as above, it becomes possible to perform a local temperature control or an air conditioning control in response to a distribution of the population density, resulting in that a power for an air conditioner can be reduced, and an air conditioning load distribution at the peak power consumption time can be made appropriate and a small capacity of the power supply facility can be attained.
