The assembly has a support (30) with one end fixed on a lateral surface of a weapon by a dovetail groove and a runner, in the vicinity of a free end of a canon. The other end of the support, situated above the canon supports a holographic target device (33). The support is conformed in a manner that the latter end is extended on a top of the weapon to position the device in a target axis provided by the weapon.
