A composition based on a multimodal ethylene polymer with a standard relative density (RD) above 950 kg/m3> and a melt fluidity index (MFI) below 10g/10 minutes comprising 20-65 wt.% of an ethylene polymer with an RD above 965 kg/m3> and a MFI at least 10g/ 10 minutes and 80-35 wt.% of a copolymer of ethylene and one or more 3-12C alpha-olefins with a MFI below 10g/10 minutes and a 0.1-5% by moles content of alpha- olefin. Independent claims are included for a screw cap comprising the composition, for a screw cap, film or receptacle and for a screw cap obtained by injection.
