PURPOSE: A converting device for modes in a car logic deck is provided to conveniently perform mode conversion between FF and REW modes by using one driving motor, and to reduce size of the logic deck for reducing producing cost. CONSTITUTION: At one side of a loading gear(230) connected to a driving motor(220) in a logic deck(210), a friction gear(240) selectively engaged with a cam gear(250) is installed. A brush switch is installed at a lower portion of the cam gear rotated by being engaged with the friction gear. Thus, The brush switch is contacted to a mode pattern printed on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) at a lower side of the cam gear. An outer cam is formed at a lower portion of the cam gear. One end(301) of a direction conversion lever(300) is contacted with the outer cam for being rotated. A direction conversion gear(310) is installed at the other end of the conversion lever. Thus, the gear is engaged with a wheel gear(320) and a reel gear(330) for converting mode directions.
