<p>An environmental impact data graphical user interface for receiving production, use and disposal information regarding products and providing environmental impact information regarding same to manufacturers and consumers. The data graphical user interface employs a method of providing information pertaining to product or product group attributes including receiving a product or product group identifier, and transmitting information pertaining to one or more attributes of the product or product group in response to receiving, wherein one of the attributes relates to environmental impact. The invention also is a method of providing and receiving information pertaining to environmental aspects of a product or product group including transmitting a product or product group identifier from a user interface to a server, receiving the product or product group identifier with the server, and transmitting information pertaining to one or more attributes of the product or product group by the s erver to the user interface in response to receiving, wherein one of the attributes relates to environmental impact.</p> |
