<p>Prodrug forms of Levovirin include bio reversible modifications on the sugar moiety and or bio reversible modifications on the triazole moiety. Contemplated prodrug forms may be used in pharmaceutical compositions, which may be used to treat an infection, an infestation, a neoplasm, or an autoimmune disease. Further contemplated uses include immunomodulation, and particularly modulation of Type 1 and Type 2 cytokine expression.</p> |
