The piston rods (3) always extend at a slanting angle with respect to the crankshaft (2). Pistons (5) evenly distributed in a circle are connected to piston rods which in turn are connected to a crankshaft. An independent claim is also included for a rotary pump with the same piston, piston rod and crankshaft arrangement.
