PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a blocking resistant sheet for heat transfer paper and a product using the method are provided to enable the heat transfer paper to be stored in a good condition without blocking even in a hot and humid place for a prolonged period of time, and to high-quality heat transfer paper to be manufactured in a high yield and enhanced working efficiency even under hot and humid working conditions. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises: forming a PET sheet as a detachable base layer to perform heat transfer on both a top surface and a bottom surface of an object; forming a slip layer prepared by coating a mixture of a siloxane polymer, a crosslinking agent, a catalyzer and a solvent to the back of the PET sheet to allow heat transfer paper to be unrolled from a winding roller; forming a release layer for facilitating separation of the PET sheet by coating a mixture of an acryl-based resin, polyethylene wax, a surfactant, and dichloropropane on the inner surface of the PET sheet, and drying at a high temperature; and forming a transparent upper primer layer by applying a mixture of acryl, polyethylene wax, urethane polyethylene, vinyl chloride, a hardening agent and a catalyst on the release layer.
