PURPOSE: A one-piece fluid nozzle is provided to facilitate repeatable positioning, repeatable spray patterns, and repeatable spray results for a spray device and system. CONSTITUTION: A spray device(12) comprises: an air passageway(152) having an air exit(154) at an interior surface; a protrusive fluid passageway(82) extending outwardly from the interior surface and having a fluid exit(84) offset from the air exit(154); a removable fluid nozzle(86) disposed in fluid communication with the fluid exit(84); and a removable spray formation structure(58) having an internal cavity disposed about the removable fluid nozzle(86).
