PURPOSE: A method of making a flowerpot and a flowerpot stand by crushing and molding waste tires is provided. As using waste materials, environment pollution is reduced and flowerpots and flowerpot stands with various colors are produced by the addition of pigments. CONSTITUTION: Waste tires are crushed, added with adhesives such as urethane binders and pigments and then molded by heating. For the prevention and distortion of a flowerpot and a flowerpot stand, a reinforcing rim and a reinforcing bar made of less inelastic and higher strength material than rubber are used on the side wall and bottom surface of the flowerpot and flowerpot stand. |
