PURPOSE: A device and a method for offering a direction to improve living habits are provided to offer a nutrition and exercise prescription by understanding the living habits of a testee and analyzing the physical information of the testee through a body composition analyzer. CONSTITUTION: A food database stores a food photo, and a calorie depending on a sort and an intake of the food. An activity type database stores an activity photo, and the calorie depending on the type and the time of the activity. An activity information database stores the explanation for an analysis result of the inputted activity type. A food habit information database stores the explanation for the analysis result of the inputted food habit. Monitors(400, 700) output the foods photo, the activity photo, and the analysis result. Input devices(500,600) select an item related to the food and the activity type output to the monitor, and input the needed data. A processor(300) analyzes the item and the data related to the inputted food and activity type. |
