PURPOSE: Provided is a fomentation method by using ferments which have excellent effects of anti-inflammation, anti-bacteria, and nervous sedative. CONSTITUTION: The fomentation method by using ferments comprises steps of checking a user's physical constitution, taking water, taking shower, drying before taking a bath; entering a tub filled with fomentation materials such as ferments and sawdust; removing the fomentation materials; taking shower again; checking the physical constitution after drying; and resting. The ferments use bacillus subtilis ripened by feeding roots and fruits and medical plants; and the sawdust is made of an old pine tree.
