PURPOSE: A method for processing a watchdog by using a base station remote signal is provided to restart an inferior system distant from a superior system without being operated by an operator. CONSTITUTION: A superior system transmits a watchdog control signal to an inferior system(ST11). The superior system monitors whether the inferior system receives the watchdog control signal(ST12). The superior system checks whether the inferior system receives the watchdog control signal(ST13). If not, the superior system increases a watchdog counter(ST14). The superior system confirms whether the increased count value reaches the maximum value(ST15). If not, the superior system returns to monitor whether the inferior system receives the watchdog control signal after wait time(ST16). If so, the superior system resets hardware(ST17). If the inferior system receives the watchdog control signal, the superior system judges whether the inferior system transmits a response to the watchdog control signal(ST18). If so, the superior system generates a watchdog control signal(ST19). If not, the superior system generates a restart control signal(ST20). It is judged whether the inferior system is restarted(ST21). If not, the inferior system is normally operated(ST22). If so, the inferior system is restarted(ST23). |
