METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING COPPER COATED WIRE FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, ESPECIALLY COOLING AND PRE-TREATING EACH OF COPPER COATED WIRES, AND WINDING WIRES ON BOBBINS

PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved productivity and reduce manufacturing costs by softening bobbins wound with copper coated wires and cooling and pre-treating each of the copper coated wires, and winding the wires on the bobbins. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a drawing step(11) of winding the copper coated wires produced from a wire draw bench(11-1) on bobbins(13); a softening process(12) of mounting the bobbins wound with the copper coated wire in a softening furnace(20) equipped with a heater(21) and a cooler(22), and performing a heat treatment at a vacuum state; a pre-treatment process(14) of cooling the copper coated wires softened in the softening furnace, extracting the copper coated wires, and removing contaminant from the surfaces of the wires by performing a chemical degreasing and cleansing process; and a winding process(19) of winding each of the copper coated wires on each of bobbins(23).
