PURPOSE: A device for realizing a Dolby pro-logic function in a combination system is provided to process an audio signal stored in a magnetic tape applied with a Dolby pro-logic system by using an audio signal processor of a DVDP(DVD Player) portion. CONSTITUTION: A DVDP portion(120) comprises as follows. A DVD deck(121) divides data stored in an optical disk into an audio signal and a video signal, and outputs the divided signals. A control block(122) overall controls a DVD reproduction. A video signal processor(125) decodes the video signal under the control of the control block(122), and outputs the decoded video signal to an outer apparatus. An audio signal processor(124) separates the audio signal under the control of the control block(122). An audio input/output portion(123) receives a 2-channel audio signal supplied from a VCR portion(110), and outputs the audio signal to a speaker.
