PURPOSE: A transaction system for a one-to-one discussed price is provided to make a buyer buy a desired article at a desired price range timely by installing a tool to decide a purchase intention fast and easily as presenting a sale condition satisfying or approaching to a purchase condition of the user one to one. CONSTITUTION: A database(110) stores/manages purchase condition information, sales condition information, selling article information, the settlement information, and delivery information. An operation server(120) provides a wire/wireless Internet connection environment(130) by including the database and an operation system(100). To make the user(140) such as the buyer, a seller, and a manager perform a one-to-one discussed price transaction method, the wire/wireless Internet connection environment, and a linked payment gateway server(150) and a bank CMS(Cash Management Service)(160) as a settlement/deposit confirming tool are included in addition.
