PURPOSE: An electric heating device and a vehicle air conditioner unit are provided to easily carry output air conditioning operation in multiple zones, and allow for ease of assembly. CONSTITUTION: An electric heating device comprises a plurality of PTC heating elements arranged on a plane in the heating device; one or more radiator elements; and contact sheets for supply of current. The PTC heating elements are divided into two or more groups, and arranged to be independently controllable. Each of the PTC heating elements is coupled with at least one of radiator elements, and contacts the contact sheets which supply current to the PTC heating elements.
